When a business signs up, we store the account details provided (business name, owner name, email, phone number) and the configuration they set up (services, hours, pricing). When that business's customers interact with the AI receptionist — by phone, SMS, WhatsApp, email, or web chat — we store the conversation content, contact details the customer provides, and any bookings made, so the business owner can see and manage those interactions.
Conversation data is used to power the AI receptionist for that business: answering questions, checking availability, and creating bookings. It is also used to generate the business's own dashboard — inbox, analytics, and reviews — visible only to that business's own logged-in account. We do not sell customer data.
Each business's data is isolated from every other business on the platform at the database level. A business owner can only ever see their own customers, conversations, and bookings.
Messages may be delivered through third-party channel providers (e.g. Twilio for SMS/voice, Meta for WhatsApp/Instagram/ Messenger, an email provider) and processed by an AI language model provider to generate replies. Each is bound by its own data handling terms.
